Art was brought to life at the Neukölln Arcades. From August 1st to September 6th, 2025, visitors could observe the creative process live and witness how Alice Bischof transformed several pillars in the center. The project was part of the “Neukölln Feels Art” campaign, through which the Neukölln Arcades supported local art projects.

In her work, Alice Bischof playfully explored abstract representations of people, animals, and plants. This resulted in colorful, vibrant compositions that disrupted and reinterpreted existing structures – right in the heart of the urban space. Her art invited visitors to linger, marvel, and participate.

“My works are meant to inspire, bring joy, and connect people – they bring art from the studio into real life,” said Alice Bischof. “With its diversity, the Neukölln Arcades offered the perfect space to create new visual realities.”
